Gulf Cove, located within Charlotte County on the Cape Haze Peninsula is
surrounded by over 50 miles of canal waterways leading to the Charlotte Harbor and Gulf of
Mexico. Clean air, clear sunshine, fishing at its greatest, golfing in abundance,
wildlife everywhere and a casual, friendly atmosphere are appealing to those who are
seeking the natural pleasures of life. Charlotte County is a veritable sports
enthusiast's paradise. Whether you are a fisherman, baseball fan, golfer, hunter,
boater or a seeker of peace and tranquility, this gem of the southwest Florida coast can

where extremes of temperature in both summer and winter are checked by the tempering
influence of the Gulf of Mexico. The annual average temperature is 73.9
degrees. The average of the low month, January is 63 degrees; and the average of the

the low 90s during the day and in the low 70s during the night. Rainfall averages
